I Called Cory in a panic 9:30 on a Saturday night as I was baling water as fast as I could from my kitchen sink. He was understanding, and by 10:00 Justin arrived. I'm a DIY guy but 2 of my Boiler zones went out the week of Thanksgiving and I did what repairs I could but needed my new step down transformer wired properly since I fried the old one because the original installer did a custom wire job and I couldn't make head or tails of any of the mess. I wasn't familiar with plumbers in the area so I started calling around. One place had horrible customer service skills with a guy basically talking down to me and at one point yelling at me because he couldn't understand what I was trying to tell him. Another place couldn't come out for two weeks, but they suggested MK.
Corey from MK came out first thing Monday morning after Thanksgiving. Up until Corey arrived, they kept me updated with reminders via texts and phone calls.
Corey was super friendly and courteous. Took him no time at all to review my boiler schematics and wire the step down transformer properly. Now all my zones and thermostats throughout the house work properly. He's very knowledgeable and even gave me some helpful tips for my expansion tank. The service call charge was fair and worth every penny! MK will definitely get my business the next time I'm stuck.

Cory installed a new high efficiency furnace for me and at the time it was too hot to use it. There have been a few small issues, but Cory has been very good about getting things corrected. Very easy to work with and I look forward to using the furnace now that are temps. are dropping. Would not hesitate to use them in the future for heating and or plumbing needs. I have had Cory out to the house on several occasions over the years when I’ve had issues with my boiler. To say this guy genuinely cares about his customers I think is an understatement.
